Day One is a technical metal band that incorporates split second tempo changes with aggressive and intense music composition. Day One was originally a three piece who have recently introduced a vocalist to increase the intensity of both live shows and music composition. Through their travels they have shared the stage with such acts as Origin, Macabre, Vital Remains, Deicide, Exhumed and Anvil.
